Knowledgebase - Unable to see or Missing Icons on the Sage 300 Desktop

Users cannot see Sage 300 module icons on the Desktop.
Things to check
1. Check User Authorization and User Groups and make sure that User is assigned the proper User Group that has access to the icon.
2. Run Propagate in Database Set up for the Database to make sure System and Company database tables are in synch
